Operational Adjustments due to Airport Incident in Louisville, Kentucky
An aircraft accident has taken place at Worldport, UPS’s main hub in the United States. As a result, UPS is making the following operational adjustments for Air shipments scheduled for delivery on November 6, 2025:
Delivery commitment times for UPS Next Day Air® Early and UPS Worldwide Express Plus® services to the U.S will be extended by 90 minutes.
Delivery commitment times for UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.®, and UPS Worldwide Express® services to commercial and residential locations in the U.S. and all other time definite Air and International Air services will be extended to end-of-day (11:59 p.m. on the guaranteed day of delivery).
The money-back guarantee (also known as the UPS® Service Guarantee) is suspended for all packages either shipped from or delivered to the United States until further notice.
Contingency plans are in place to help ensure that shipments arrive at their final destinations as quickly as conditions permit.
