Flooding and Severe Weather Impacting Delivery

Hurricanes Helene and Milton, flooding, and severe weather events in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic U.S. (FL, GA, SC, NC, and VA) may impact the processing, transportation, and delivery of mail and packages. Please allow additional time for final delivery of your orders.

In addition, some items available for purchase on SMOKEA are fulfilled by our partner warehouse located in Asheville, North Carolina. Due to the effects of hurricane Helene, this warehouse lost power and internet as well as water and as a result were not able to operate the shipping department. Currently, this warehouse is open under limited operations and hope to be able to get back to full operations as soon as possible. Orders placed after September 26th containing these items may see this portion of your order delayed until further notice.
