An update from USPS has informed us that there have been a batch of "recycled" tracking numbers being used lately. This means your tracking number has been previously used for a different shipment and should update with proper tracking information once it has been scanned by a USPS distribution center. You can read more regarding this below:
Why it happens:
USPS handles a massive volume of packages daily, and to manage this, they sometimes reuse tracking numbers.
What to expect:
When a tracking number is recycled, you might see old tracking data associated with that number, potentially showing a "Delivered" status even though your package is still en route.
How to resolve:
Once the new package is scanned by USPS, the tracking information should update to reflect the current status of your shipment.
If you encounter issues:
If the tracking information doesn't update, you can contact USPS customer service for assistance.

Investigating
|
We have now also been informed of several packages that have been marked as returning to sender due to incorrect postage. Due to this error and the errors previously reported regarding packages being marked delivered, we believe this is an internal issue at USPS. We are continuing to reach out directly to USPS to get more information.
Rest assured, packages have been shipped as scheduled and we still expect them to be successfully delivered within the estimated shipping time selected at checkout. If for some reason this error causes your package to be lost or returned to sender, you will be offered a replacement or reimbursement at that time.
We thank you for your patience and understanding while this is investigated.
