My order was cancelled, why haven't I received a refund?

It is important to know that there are a couple different ways your payment can be returned to you:

  1. Payment Voided: When a payment is voided, this means that your payment was only authorized by us and never captured. Therefore, an authorization charge will appear in your account but the funds will never be debited and the authorization will simply disappear from your account in 1-3 business days depending on your bank. This usually happens when:
    • You cancelled your order shortly after placing it
    • Your order was cancelled by NoFraud, our third party fraud detection service
  2. Payment Refunded: Unlike the above case where payment was only authorized and never captured, when your payment is refunded this means that your payment has been captured by us and we are returning the funds to your account. When this is the case we process the refund immediately, however, depending on your bank, it may take 2-5 business days to appear as a credit in your account. This usually happens when:
    • The original payment was made more than 24 hours prior
    • You return an item for a refund
    • A partial refund is given for a missing or damaged item
