You can cancel or edit your order any time before the order is fulfilled by our warehouse. Orders cannot be cancelled or edited between the hours of 6am - 12pm Central Time as these are our fulfillment hours and your order may be going into fulfillment. If your order is fulfilled during this time, it can no longer be cancelled. If your order is not fulfilled during this time, it can be cancelled after 12pm and before fulfillment.
NOTE: Orders containing items fulfilled by third party sellers cannot be cancelled.

After you checkout you will be directed to an order confirmation page. This link will also be provided to you via an order confirmation email so you can check the status of your order at any time. While on your order status page look for the following links to cancel or edit your order:

After you've completed checkout you will also automatically receive an order confirmation email. Within your confirmation email you can find links to cancel or edit your order underneath your order summary.
My Orders Page
You can manage all of your orders on your account page of Smokea.com. To cancel or edit your order this way log in to your account and navigate to "My Account" or "My Orders".
Once you've reached your "My Orders" page click the "Edit or Cancel" link next to the corresponding order number.
NOTE: If you would like to edit your order, the current order will be cancelled and refunded. This gives you fullest flexibility when editing your order. Your shopping cart will then be reloaded and you can make the necessary changes.
