Why hasn't my tracking been updated?

Regardless of the shipping solution you chose at checkout, it can take carriers 24-48 hours to update your tracking information after the package is picked up from our warehouse.

If you purchased an order with Free Shipping, it is common for tracking to not be updated for several days. Processing times for free shipping orders can be up to 3 business days. In addition, these shipping solutions cut costs by offering longer delivery times and limited tracking. If you've tracked your order and it has had the same status for several days it is because these shipping solutions often only update tracking when the package reaches it's local delivery hub or is out for delivery. Rest assured, your order is still on it's way and tracking will be updated shortly before delivery.

If your package ends up being lost by the carrier and you purchased ShipInsure Package Protection, you can file a claim with ShipInsure to receive a reshipment or reimbursement up to 15 days after it's expected delivery date.
