When tracking your order, it is important to allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update your tracking information after the order has been fulfilled.
Before the tracking is updated by the carrier, your tracking will display "Pre-Shipment" and/or "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item". All packages are handed off to the respective carrier the same day they are fulfilled by our warehouse. This means that if you've received your shipping confirmation email, the carrier will receive the package that same day. If your tracking still displays this after 48 business hours your order was likely shipped with a shipping service that has limited tracking capabilities:
Free Shipping (6-16 business days): If this is the shipping solution that you selected at checkout, your order was shipped with the most economical shipping service. Many of these services have very limited tracking capabilities and will only update when the package reaches it's destination hub or is out for delivery. Rest assured, we still expect your order to arrive within the 6-16 business days as selected at checkout.
Ground Advantage: If you chose this service provided by USPS, your package will likely display pre-shipment status until the package reaches a major hub. However, it may not update until the package is out for delivery. Rest assured, we still expect your order to arrive within the 2-9 business days estimated by this service.
Priority Mail: If you chose this service provided by USPS, your order will have more detailed tracking information and typically updates at every major stop along it's route. However, occasionally this service will have delays in updating tracking information. Rest assured, we still expect your order to arrive within the 2-5 business days as selected at checkout.
If the estimated delivery range has passed and your tracking has still not been updated or your order has not been delivered please feel free to contact us so we can investigate further. If you purchased ShipInsure Package Protection you are protect against lost/stolen packages and may file a claim with ShipInsure directly for reshipment or reimbursement.
