How do I receive a refund for cryptocurrencies?

If you paid for an order with crypto and have cancelled the order, a refund will not be automatically generated. This is due to the fact that we need to obtain an address to send the refund to as we cannot automatically return funds to the wallet it was sent from. Therefore, upon cancelling an order paid with crypto, you will need to contact our support with a unique crypto address to send the refund to. Once we've obtained an address from you, your funds will be returned to your wallet within 8 hours.
