How do I cancel or manage my subscriptions?

SMOKEA® is proud to offer a new Subscribe and Save option on select products. This allows you take advantage of discounted pricing for choosing to have these products automatically delivered on a set schedule. To shop eligible Subscribe and Save products click here.

To sign up for Subscribe and Save, just select the "Subscribe & save" option and select your desired schedule on the product page before adding the product to your cart. If you do not wish to sign up for a subscription, you can pay the full price for a One Time Purchase.

To edit/cancel your subscription:

If you have a customer account, first log in to your account and navigate to your My Account page. Next, select the "Manage Subscriptions" button.

If you do not have a customer account, you can access your subscription from any of the subscription related emails sent to you including the subscription confirmation email.

Once you've reached the subscriptions management page you can proceed to:

  • Cancel subscriptions
  • Reactivate subscriptions
  • View upcoming orders
  • View past orders
  • Swap for different products
  • Manage payment methods
  • Manage shipping addresses
