Login and One Time Codes

All inboxes should now successfully be receiving login codes when logging in to SMOKEA®. If for some reason you do not receive your code, please be sure to check folders created by your email provider such as "Notifications" or "Newsletters" folders as well as your junk/spam folder.

SMOKEA® has recently transitioned to Shopify's new customer accounts. These accounts require a one-time passcode sent to your email address to log in rather than your saved password. There are reports that some of these emails have landed in customer's junk/spam folders. We ask that you please mark these emails as "Not Spam" or "Move to Inbox" while we continue to resolve this issue. You can help further by adding "support@smokea.com" to your trusted sender's list or whitelist in your email provider. If you have any further issues with login while we make this transition, please feel free to reach out to our support team at support@smokea.com.
