What's happening: We are temporarily unable to accept Discover cards as a direct payment method on SMOKEA®. This is due to a change in what our card network partners permit for certain product categories we carry, and is not related to any issue with your card or your account.
What still works: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diner's Club, Sezzle and Cryptocurrencies are all working normally.
If Discover is your only card: You can still complete your order using Sezzle, our buy-now-pay-later option available at checkout. Sezzle lets you split your order into 4 interest-free payments, and you can add your Discover card as your payment method within Sezzle. A few things to know:
Your Sezzle order requires a minimum purchase amount, and approval is subject to Sezzle's review. Payments will appear on your Discover statement from Sezzle, not SMOKEA. Prepaid or gift cards cannot be used to place a new Sezzle order.
How long will this last: We expect to restore Discover as a direct payment option in the future. We'll update this notice when that happens.
