We have discovered an error between our site and shipping software that caused a handful of orders to not be properly imported between October 14th and October 17th. This may have caused your order to not be shipped in time. Our team is working on fixing this now and once the issue has been resolved, all affected orders will be shipped. If you paid for shipping and it was not fulfilled by the next business day, please feel free to reach out to our support team to request a refund on your shipping charges.
