This issue has resurfaced and we have discovered newly affected orders from October 27th - October 30th. While we continue to investigate and resolve this issue, please feel free to reach out to our support to request a shipping refund if your order was affected.

We are continuing to work with our shipping software provider to address the issues caused by orders not importing correctly. As of 10/28/25 this error is still occurring for a handful of orders. We will continue to monitor for these orders and get them shipped out as soon as they are discovered. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to our support team at support@smokea.com if your order has not shipped as expected or to request a refund for shipping charges if there was a delay in your order being shipped.

We are still working to resolve this issue. In addition, our shipping solution is currently experiencing performance issues due to an ongoing AWS service issue. This may affect orders that were originally scheduled to ship today, October 20th. We are actively monitoring their status and its impact on our platform. We have discovered an error between our site and shipping software that caused a handful of orders to not be properly imported between October 14th and October 17th. This may have caused your order to not be shipped in time. Our team is working on fixing this now and once the issue has been resolved, all affected orders will be shipped. If you paid for shipping and it was not fulfilled by the next business day, please feel free to reach out to our support team to request a refund on your shipping charges.
