Operations have returned to normal Wednesday, Jan. 28th. However, shipping times for orders placed between Jan 23rd - Jan 27th may be slightly delayed. Customer support has returned to full operations but may be delayed in responding while we catch up from the time closed. Once again, we appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

We have resumed partial operations today, Tuesday Jan. 27th. However, our shipping department is only operating at partial capacity while our customer support department remains closed. We expect to resume full operations tomorrow, Jan. 28th. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Our offices and warehouse is closed today due to the recent winter storm. Shipping and customer service response times may be delayed 1-2 business days.

Our area is expected to receive a large winter storm over this weekend (Jan 23 - Jan 25). It is likely that our warehouse may need to close on Monday and/or Tuesday for the safety of our employees. Therefore, it is possible that orders placed with paid shipping over the weekend may not be shipped until Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders with free shipping would likely be fulfilled Thursday or Friday. Customer support response times would also be delayed during this time.
We are uncertain at this time if we will even need to close. However, updates will be posted here as the storm continues.
