Why am I missing tokins from my order?

Tokins are issued as soon as your order is placed as long as you have an existing SMOKEA® account. If you checkout as a guest without creating an account you will not receive rewards points for your order. However, if you decide to sign up after you've placed an order, please contact us and we'd be happy to apply those tokins to your account.

Tokins will automatically be deducted from your account if an order is cancelled and/or refunded.
