Yes. Tokins will expire after 1 year of account inactivity. After this time, all tokins will be removed from your balance. Anything that changes your tokin balance is considered "activity" and will prevent your points from expiring. This includes earning more points (whether from placing orders, social sharing, celebrating a birthday, etc), redeeming points (for discounts), or manually being issued points.
If you are signed up to receive emails from SMOKEA®, you will receive a notification 30 days and 3 days before your tokins fully expire.
