How do I file a claim with Mulberry?

After you purchase a protection plan, you will receive an activation email to create your Mulberry customer account. Once an account is created you may log in to your Mulberry customer dashboard at any time to file claims. You will be required to supply the following information when filing a claim:

  • Incident date
  • Photos of the damage
  • Incident description

If you did not receive or have misplaced your activation email you can contact Mulberry support directly by emailing them at help@getmulberry.com.
