SMOKEA® fulfillment times and operations have returned to normal; however, shipping carriers are still experiencing delays due to the pandemic. While we will follow our shipping policy and ship your orders out on time we ask that you be patient while several carriers are experiencing delays and tracking issues.

While SMOKEA® is operating again at full capacity, the global pandemic continues to degrade performance in shipping times. USPS specifically, is struggling with keeping up with demand nationwide. This degraded performance is causing delayed shipping times, inaccurate tracking information and increase customer support wait times. While USPS continues to work on improving operations, we recommend choosing a UPS or FedEx service at checkout so that you do not encounter these issues. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates by the shipping carrier and not guaranteed by SMOKEA®. You can read our full shipping policy at smokea.com/shipping.

Investigating

We have begun to allow some employees to return to work and our fulfillment times are now back to normal. We are practicing social distancing and continue to follow precautions. Please see our Shipping Policy for regular estimated fulfillment and shipping times.

As we continue to work with a limited staff, please expect the following delays in fulfilling your orders:

Express & Overnight: Up to 24 business hours
Priority & First Class: 1-3 business days
Free Shipping: 2-5 business days

These delays are in addition to the estimated shipping time provided by the carrier at checkout. SMOKEA is proud to offer affordable expedited and express options so that your delay will be as short as possible.

We are continuing to monitor the virus and have made several changes to help stop the spread.

At this time we remain open to accept and fulfill orders; however, we have sent home roughly 50% of our staff to help keep our employees, community and customers safe. While some employees can work from home, our staff remaining at the warehouse to fulfill orders and replenish stock is not at full capacity. Additionally, shipping carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx are working at above normal capacity due to the high volume of online orders being placed worldwide.

Therefore, you may temporarily experience slight delays in the service you've come to known from SMOKEA® including fulfillment, shipping and re-stocking times. We are committed to continue to offer excellent service and shipping times and will make every effort to live up to our reputation.

While the world continues to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19), SMOKEA® is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience to all customers as usual. We will continue to strive for timely shipments and ample stock levels of our products.

We are committed to taking care of our employees and customers and are actively following recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. SMOKEA® has sent home any staff that is able to complete their job from their own home and we have put in place many precautionary measures across our company.
