We are continuing to monitor the virus and have made several changes to help stop the spread.
At this time we remain open to accept and fulfill orders; however, we have sent home roughly 50% of our staff to help keep our employees, community and customers safe. While some employees can work from home, our staff remaining at the warehouse to fulfill orders and replenish stock is not at full capacity. Additionally, shipping carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx are working at above normal capacity due to the high volume of online orders being placed worldwide.
Therefore, you may temporarily experience slight delays in the service you've come to known from SMOKEA® including fulfillment, shipping and re-stocking times. We are committed to continue to offer excellent service and shipping times and will make every effort to live up to our reputation.

Priority & First Class: 1-3 business days
Free Shipping: 2-5 business days
These delays are in addition to the estimated shipping time provided by the carrier at checkout. SMOKEA is proud to offer affordable expedited and express options so that your delay will be as short as possible.
